Build a before-and-after account
Begin with why the battery or casing was changed: short remote range, a stiff button or a broken casing while every function worked. Then describe a lost function, new message or intermittent response. This separates the original problem from changes noticed after the work.
Say who performed the change and whether this is the same key or another item supplied. Keep any earlier work record. Do not reopen the key to illustrate the job; an exterior photo and precise description can start the inquiry. A casing-only change is useful history, not a diagnosis.
Describe the failed function without an improvised reset
Distinguish an unresponsive button from unsuccessful starting. If the door was opened another way, explain how so it is not mistaken for remote operation. Report the exact dashboard message. Use your vehicle manual for ordinary operation rather than another car’s button sequence or matching procedure.
If another key is available, describe differences already observed in normal use. Do not say both keys are weak if only one was checked. For a key with someone else, distinguish a confirmed return time from an estimate. Separate tested facts from assumptions.
A new battery does not determine the remedy
Replacing a battery is a defined operation, not a full assessment. Continued failure alone does not prove a new key or reprogramming is required. Battery type and handling must follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the particular key. Report what was fitted and what changed.
Casing work, buttons, electronics checks and vehicle matching have different purposes. Ask what the proposal aims to resolve and how the result will be tested. For a replacement, define required functions. A similar shop photo establishes neither compatibility nor that the existing key cannot be treated.
Key and casing repair inquiries based on the faultDefine repair, backup or a lost-key request
If the existing key still permits vehicle use, a planned check may be possible when car and keys are together. Adding a spare is separate from a post-battery-change fault. State whether you want to restore a failed function, equip another driver or address having no usable key.
Update the description if the key was subsequently lost or locked inside. Vehicle access and the final service goal need reassessment. If only parts remain, identify them and where other items are. Do not assemble or operate a damaged item just to make it reach the meeting.
An additional key when an active key remainsPrepare both the vehicle and the information
Call 0504307424 with model, year, key photo and a short account of the change and result. Give the Matan vehicle location and who can provide the requested connection and authorization details. At another home, coordinate presence and access with the property contact. Options and cost are checked before departure.
Ask what assessment includes and what needs further approval if another fault is found. At completion, review all agreed functions, not only the original troublesome button. Clarify which other keys should be checked and keep a record of the work and supplied items.
Preparing details for assessment beside the vehicleMatan in Drom HaSharon: identify the exact location
Drom HaSharon Council lists Matan as one of its community settlements. Its contact center offers telephone, WhatsApp and online reporting for public-area hazards and faults. If a public obstruction affects parking access, identify Matan and the street or landmark rather than only “the Sharon area.”
Separately send Key Replacement the car’s location and parking entrance. Explain if you wait at home while it is on the street. The council link concerns public access issues; vehicle-key assessment is coordinated directly for the case and current availability, without assuming a permanent service location in Matan.
